Q. I recently ordered a subscription. When will I see my first copy?
A. Expect your first issue to arrive in six to eight weeks.
Q. How can I tell when my subscription expires?
A. The date of your last issue appears on the mailing label that's on your magazine. Check the very end of the second line and you will find the month and year of your last issue abbreviated.
Q. How can I resolve my subscription problems?
A. If you should ever experience any problems with your subscription, please click here, or, call 800-588-1689 (US) or 386-477-6302 (outside the US). Be assured that your concerns will be resolved as quickly as possible.
Q. I'm moving. How can I make sure my subscription moves with me?

If you prefer, mail both your old and new addresses, along with a label from a recent issue, to Caribbean Travel & Life , P.O. Box 420235, Palm Coast, FL 32142-0235. If you changed your address through the U.S. Postal Service, your magazine will be forwarded to you at your new address for a period of six months.
Q. I did not receive a recent issue. What should I do?
A. Once we have received your subscription order, your first issue will arrive within six to eight weeks. After that, your issues should arrive one week prior to the cover date. For instance, the July issue should arrive by the last week of June. If you've missed an issue or it is two weeks past our delivery date—due to postal delivery problems or an error—click here and we'll extend your subscription to compensate for the issue you missed. Or, if you prefer, we will replace the missing issue if we have extra copies.
Q. I received two copies of last month's issue. What should I do?
A. In the event that you receive more than one copy of an issue, please write to us in the space below or call 800-588-1689 (US) or 386-477-6302 (outside the US) and we will fix the problem.
Q. Whom should I contact about getting a back issue?
A. We try to keep copies going back at least one year. The cost is $6.50 each plus shipping and handling. To place an order, call 800-588-1689 (US) or 386-447-6301 (outside the US).
Q. I got another bill after I sent payment. What should I do?
A. Bills are sent out on a monthly basis. It is possible for a second bill to have been mailed even after payment has been made, due to mailing and processing time. However, if you have made a payment and receive two additional bills, please write to us in the space below or call 800-588-1689 (US) or 386-477-6302 (outside the US) to make sure your order was not lost in the mail.
Q. Why did I receive a renewal notice shortly after renewing my subscription?
A. As with billing, renewal notices are sent out on a monthly basis. It is possible for another renewal notice to be mailed even after you renewed due to mailing and processing time. However, if you have already renewed and receive two additional notices, please write to us in the space below or call call 800-588-1689 (US) or 386-477-6302 (outside the US) to make sure your original renewal notice was not lost in the mail or to be removed from any future promotions.
Q. Do you make your mailing list available to other entities?
A. Yes, we share our subscribers' names with companies whose products we feel would be of interest. Many of our subscribers enjoy these opportunities to shop for merchandise, subscribe to related publications, and take advantage of special offers and events.
